LIMITED WARRANTIES
While Liv Labs solutions are loved by many, everyone has their own expectations and needs. If you are disappointed with one of our products or services, please get in touch with us at customercare@liv-labs.com. If your customer care experience does not resolve your dissatisfaction, we've outlined below an approach to get a partial service refund or product replacement.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES?
Your options will vary depending on the product or service in question.
For services, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the total cost of a multi-day and/or multi-session service experience, such as a 3-week coaching program. Each service includes its own cancellation and refund policy. Please check the specific contract you signed.
For products, available remedies differ by product. Because there are health and safety concerns associated with use of Pippa Resistance Springs and the Pippa Applicator, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds of these items. The sole remedy available under any of these Limited Warranties is limited to a replacement product. We will pay for shipping and handling fees to send a replacement product to you. The applicable warranty periods set forth below are not extended if we replace a product.

Pippa Resistance Spring - Fit Guarantee Limited Warranty
A well-fitting Pippa Resistance Spring will be comfortable and will rarely (if ever) slip out during use. Our Fit Guarantee exists to help you have the best possible experience with your Pippa Resistance Spring. Here's how it works: If your Pippa Resistance Spring actively bothers you, slips out, or impedes natural urination, email us at customercare@liv-labs.com to schedule time with a staff member who can help you assess product placement. Sometimes perceived fit issues can be resolved this way. Although the Pippa Resistance Spring is a simple product, there is still a small learning curve at first.

If 1) you are still not satisfied with your Pippa Resistance Spring after using it for two (2) weeks; 2) you provide proof of purchase dated within the last six (6) months; and 3) you are a US-based customer, we will send you a replacement Pippa Resistance Spring in a different size at our cost, subject to the exclusions below.

All Physical Pippa Products - Manufacturing Defects Limited Warranty
We warrant that the Pippa Resistance Spring and Applicator will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions below.

If you 1) provide a photo showing a manufacturing defect on the product; and 2) proof of purchase dated within the last twelve (12) months from www.livlabsfitness.com or directly from Liv Labs on www.amazon.com, we will send you a replacement of your defective product at our cost.
All Other Products - Manufacturing Defects Limited Warranty
Liv Labs warrants that its canvas pouches, custom-printed bandanas and disposal bags will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions below. If you provide 1) a photo of a manufacturing defect; and 2) proof of purchase dated within the last thirty (30) days from www.livlabsfitness.com or directly from Liv Labs on www.amazon.com, we will send you a replacement of your defective product at our cost.
EXCLUSIONS ON ALL WARRANTIES
These Limited Warranties do not cover discoloration from normal wear and tear, improper care, modification of the product, customer negligence, damage due to misuse or improper use, or actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

These limited warranties are non-transferable from the original purchaser.
Users are limited to one replacement per product under our Limited Warranties every twelve (12) months.
Resellers: Unfortunately, with the exception of the Pippa Resistance Spring Fit Guarantee, our warranties do not apply to products purchased from a reseller retail. If you purchased one of our products from a reseller (such as a med spa, fitness studio or physical therapy clinic), you must try to return an unwanted or defective product to the reseller for a refund/exchange. These returns are subject to the reseller’s return/exchange policy and may require you to show proof of purchase and the product to be unopened and/or unused.
Unauthorized Resellers: Because Liv Labs cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, these limited warranties apply only to Liv Labs products that were purchased from www.livlabsfitness.com, directly from Liv Labs on www.amazon.com (or, in the case of the Pippa Resistance Spring Fit Guarantee, also from a retail location). These limited warranties do not apply to products sold by unauthorized sellers on Amazon or elsewhere.
Our authorized resellers are selected for their ability to properly represent and sell Liv Labs products. Unfortunately, Liv Labs products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so and do not meet our expectations of quality and customer care. All sellers who sell through Amazon are not authorized resellers of Liv Labs products. When purchasing Liv Labs products on www.amazon.com, please pay attention to where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly in the header for each product. Sometimes it can appear as if products are being sold by Liv Labs when that is not the case. If you are unsure if the seller is an authorized reseller of Liv Labs products, please contact us directly at customercare@liv-labs.com before purchasing .
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the express warranties stated above are in lieu of any other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are disclaimed.

Liv Labs Inc. reserves the right to require a valid proof of purchase, verify information provided, and to deny any requests in our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has not complied with the letter and spirit of this policy (including without limitation if the customer has provided falsely, misleading or otherwise inaccurate or incomplete information).

We may change the availability of these Limited Warranties at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
